Since opening our doors, Marash Turkish Cuisine has been dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors of Turkey and the Mediterranean to Hallandale Beach. Our name comes from the historic city of Kahramanmaraş, a region known for its rich culinary traditions, bold spices, and warm hospitality. Every dish we serve is inspired by the food we grew up with, prepared the same way our families have cooked for generations.

A true taste of Turkish comfort, our dishes honor tradition and bold flavor. Tender beef meatballs are served over smoky roasted eggplant and finished with rich garlic yogurt, while our signature kebab features finely seasoned meat grilled to perfection. Paired with rice, warm pita, fresh onions, grilled pepper, cabbage, and house tzatziki, each plate captures the spirit of Marash.
