At Marash Turkish Cuisine, we take pride in preparing fresh, high quality Turkish and Mediterranean dishes. Because our food is made to order, all sales are considered final. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we will always do our best to address any concerns.
Order Issues or Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with your order, such as:
• Wrong item received
• Missing items
• Food prepared incorrectly
Please contact us immediately. We will be happy to remake the item or provide an appropriate resolution.
To qualify for a remake or correction:
• Contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order
• Provide your name, order number (if applicable), and details of the issue
Quality Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your meal, please reach out to us the same day. We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
We may request that the majority of the item be returned so we can review and improve our quality standards.
Refunds
Because food is perishable and made to order, we do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Items ordered by mistake
• Items not picked up
• Preferences regarding taste or spice level unless the dish was prepared incorrectly
Refunds may be issued only in rare circumstances and are granted solely at management’s discretion.
Third Party Delivery Platforms
If your order was placed through a delivery service such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub, all refunds and adjustments must be handled directly through that platform. Their policies apply, and we are unable to issue refunds for orders placed externally.
Catering Orders
Catering deposits and payments are non refundable once preparation has begun. Any cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
